What To Expect
ON SUNDAYS
We typically begin with a period of praise and prayer. We sing a mixture of contemporary worship songs and great hymns of the faith. All are invited to make prayer requests and these will be lifted up to God.
A lesson from the Bible follows the praise and prayer. We are committed to teaching that which is true to Scripture and relevant to our daily lives.
We observe the Lord’s Supper each Sunday. Two things should happen when we partake of the supper. One, we remember that our communion with Jesus is only possible because of his death on the cross for our sins. Two, we celebrate the communion we enjoy with each other as brothers and sisters in the body of Christ.
What to Expect
AT MIDWEEK HOME GROUPS
The gospel has always been spread from person to person and from house to house. In fact, the early church gathered in homes for a couple of centuries before church buildings came on the scene. We invite friends, co-workers, and neighbors to attend our weekly neighborhood Bible studies. These small groups meet in the homes of our members and are a great place to discuss pertinent spiritual matters in a casual setting.
